To my family - Words cannot express how grateful I am to you. Thank you for believing in me, celebrating every achievement, and for being there for me throughout my educational journey. I love you!
I want to thank everyone that supported me throughout these last years. Le doy gracias a todos en mi vida por apoyarme durante estos últimos 4 años, no lo hubiera logrado sin ustedes.
Yá'át'ééh! Shí éí JaNelle Etsitty yinishyé. It has been a journey with many ups, downs, writing papers, researching, late nights, inspiration and happiness. These last couple of years I have thrived and learned so much as a single parent and working full time as a TODHH. Receiving my master’s degree is very personal to me as a parent and as a Diné (Navajo) woman. I am deeply grateful for all the love, support, encouragement, from my children, mom, sisters, family, close friends near/far. I know my dad is very proud of me and celebrating in heaven. I am beyond thankful for U of A DHH Master’s Program for being by my side and continuing to support me in my teaching career! Ahéhee' (Thank you)
Gracias mama, papa, y familia! Thank you Kathy!
Thank you to the College of Education for providing a nurturing learning environment. Thank you to my family and friends for your unconditional support and for being my biggest cheerleaders.
A huge thank you to my incredible family, particularly my wife, who continually inspires me, and my kids, who have been so patient with all of my “dissertating.”
Thank you to my husband, mom, family, friends and chocolate labs for supporting me on this journey! 22 years later and I am finally done with school!
